Conditions

2) Reserve: The reserve will become effective by means of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of contracted rent, once confirmed the administrative operation, but expenses that correspond. To Aires Rent it will provide the guests with the information necessary to make the deposit.
3) the price of the rent will be paid in cash.
4) In case that the guest had to cancel the conducted reservation, the paid amount is not refundable, unless the cancellation took place with an advance of 30 days in which case will return a 50% of the amount paid for reserve.
5) Amount of minimum nights: The minimum time of reserve is the specified one in each property.
6) the deposit of the reserve on the part of the contractor will imply the acceptance of the conditions specified in the present.
7) administrative Expenses: An administrative cost of u$s 30 will be due to pay. The cost will rise in u$s 15 additional ones if it were desired to make check in or check out outside the schedule stipulated by Aires Rent.
8) If the possibility wished to make sure of entering before that schedule, the previous night will be due to contract. If it wished to prolong estadía it will have to pay the siguente night.
9) For nonexact periods in which the amount of nights is smaller or exceeds the weekly or monthly values, the total cost of estadía will be calculated according to the costs per week or per month according to it corresponds. If the rent were per day, the price will vary according to the chosen department
10) Deposit of guarantee: In rents smaller to 1 month, the deposit will be equivalent to 1 week. In the rents superior to a month, he will be the equivalent one to a month.
11) As much the balance of the Rent as the Deposit in Guarantee is paid by the guests in cash at the moment of the Check In.
12) the Deposit in Guarantee will be refunded to the guests at the time of the Check Out if the department is given in perfect conditions of conservation. If the faltante or some damage on the part of the guests were observed during his estadía, To Aires Rent it will discount the amount necessary to repair this damage of the Deposit in Guarantee. General Conditions

Duration of contracts: The contracts of temp rent are not prorrogables. Conditions of hiring
1 Personnel of Aires Rent, will be waiting for it in the property rented at the time of its arrival, to receive it in the schedule and the decided date (this information is required, 72 hs. before its enter the department).
